Johan Horak here. I have taken the liberty and created a Web Site for you. This is only the birth of an idea. And you have NO Obligation. I just loaded this website template and thought that it may be the right feel for the Mom And Babes Group Leaders amongst us.
Well. It’s here and it’s obviously not free. But we can discuss that a little later.
What I have created is not only a web site it’s also a blog or an online diary.
It’s a place where you can share your thoughts with the world. It’s also a place where people who like what you do can come and read more. You can educate them and entertain them. And you can aslo share your skills with them. And while you share your skills online Google will find you and if Google finds you more people will find you.
You and I know that mothers need justification for their actions.
What better way to confirm with the mothers that you know what you do through your regular blog article that gets automatically emailed to them. You don’t have to a lift a finger. And they mothers can come and subscribe 24/7.
When you decided to take this website/blog as your own then:
- I will add an automated newsletter to your website. See the example on the side; “Stay In Touch” And every time you post an article it will be emailed to your subscribers. People will come here and subscribe to your news. And you’ll make them stick because they will get the your news in their email boxes. Will it not be nice when you can keep your clients informed by publishing a article and it send. No extra hassles.
- I can teach you how to use the blog/website or you can email me your photos and articles and I will publish it to your site.
- Obviously the moms and dads. Because they will send your web address and newsletter to their friends with babies.
- You get the pediatric profession on your email list, from doctors to nurses and related hospital staff.
- You get the owners of play groups on your newsletter.
- You network with the baby making community at tea parties and get them on the newsletter.
- You always advertise with your blog/website address. Now people who are willing to come to you but not ready can join your newsletter. With your newsletter you can educate and build trust with them until they come and pay to join.
There are a lot of changes needed to your blog/website:
- I need an article on what you want to do with the website and your about-me page.
- I need your contact info to create a contact me page.
- Please note that your site is currently momsandbabes.ilocals.info. This is not cast in stone. You can tell me what you want it to be. You can even tell me that you want a momsbabesworkshop.com. Anything is possible if the domain name is still available.
- Are your hassled by your computer and the internet? Then get a mate and let them do all the work for you.
- Can you afford to have your own and you are willing to let me teach you? Then take charge of your destiny. As you know a franchise is based on a community. The community makes or break you. Therefore if you are in Plumstead create a newsletter for Plumstead. This is important for many reasons. I have mentioned to community the second important factor is Google. When Google see that you use Plumstead MomsAndBabes many times in your articles he will serve you when people search for Plumstead and what you do. But if you dilute your target area with other suburbs you confuse Google. When you confuse Google you confuse your target market.
Getting to my guarantee: You’ll not find this guarantee in the medical profession 
If within 60 days you are not happy. Then I don’t ask questions. Nothing. I just give you back all your money. Each and every cent.
You have two options:
- I create your website blog (and integrate the newsletter software) for you as you want it. Yes I even have a 114 templates and if you don’t like this you can decide on another. And I upload all your articles, images and photos. This will be R2995 once off and R200 per month for one article or R300 per month for four articles per month. This includes hosting.
- I create your website/blog (add the newsletter) and make changes where you want. And I train you for a month to upload and mange your own article and image publications. The training is provided for a month, online while you sit behind your computer. The cost is R2995 and R100 per month to maintain and host your site.

P.S. As I have said I have 114 templates you can choose from. You can make your blog/website unique if you want. All you need to, if you want, is to just change your unique address.
P.P.S Personally I will change the top image to a higher quality images. But it was the best I could find to use as an example.
